Terms and Conditions

These terms define baseline conditions for using the Requidex Open API.

Usage Rights​

  • API access is granted only to approved clients.
  • Access is limited to the scopes and environments assigned to issued API keys.
  • Requidex may suspend or revoke access for misuse, security risks, or policy breaches.

Security Responsibilities​

  • Keep API keys confidential and never expose keys in client-side code.
  • Rotate keys regularly and on any suspected compromise.
  • Implement transport security and secure credential storage.

Data Handling​

  • API data must be used only for authorized business purposes.
  • Consumers are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection obligations.
  • Cached data should be retained only as long as operationally necessary.

Rate Limits and Fair Use​

  • Consumers must respect documented rate limits.
  • Aggressive polling, scraping behavior, or abusive traffic may be throttled or blocked.

Service Changes​

  • APIs may evolve under documented versioning rules.
  • Breaking changes are announced in advance where possible.
  • Continued API use after a policy update indicates acceptance of the update.
